Ventilation for chicken coop?

Hi I am currently building a chicken coop for my chickens and I was wondering what other chicken owners put in their chicken coops to ventilate them? We live in an area that gets hot and humid in the summer, cool to cold in winter with Ice and snow. Should I use regular house windows? I am wanting fresh air when its warm out and keeps cold out in the winter Thanks so much

My husband built the neatest chicken coop. It has windows that slide up on each end of the coop, a drop down window on the big front door, and and a small slide up door with a ladder for them to get in/out with. There are boxes along the back wall for nesting and a hinged window to remove the eggs from the back of the nests. It's easy to clean and air out, as well as being pretty warm in the winter as we use a heat lamp for cold weather.
