My son and myself are happy chickenranchers. They were born on April 7,2008. Eggs expected in September......
We have 15 chickens and live in Nob Hill.
We made 1/2 the greenhouse into our chicken coop. It is automated with a swamp cooler and draft fans.
4 different breeds of dual purpose chickens. We have one rooster-Domonique, that I think to keep if he can keep quiet.
Other types are Americana, Buff Orphinton, and Wellsummer.
