FYI: New things are coming to this site very soon- new content, new logo, new images, etc. We will also be fixing some bugs with our code. I've had to take a little time off- between work, my thesis, and remodeling my house, I have had no free time, and unfortunately no time to put towards this site. Exciting changes are on their way, so check back soon.

What about a topic of personal chicken stories?  There's the news article / story topic, but let's face it, we're urban chickenista(o)s b/c we are captivated by these funny fowl.  It might be nice for folks to have an outlet to share their chicken stories.

Just tried putting my girls on as my picture and it still won't take it, creates a fatal error....

Unfortunately, spammers exist and they are posting inappropriate links on our site. We are once again re-vamping our filters, and hope to block these people. If you notice any spam that we have not caught, please let us know. Thanks!

If you are having an issue uploading a picture to your profile on our site, please be patient. We are working on the issue, but do to some traveling, it may be a week or two until we can get it fixed. I will let everyone know when it is fixed. Thanks for being patient!

You may have noticed that the forums look a bit different now. We performed a lot of updates that we hope will make the user experience a bit better. The forums should work better with Internet Explorer 7 now, although it's still not perfect. We'll keep working on it. I'm still tracking down some errors related to the new updates, so if anything goes wrong or seems weird, I'd appreciate you posting a reply here, or contacting me through the sites contact form.

Hello. We are still working out some bugs, but it appears that most issues occur when using Internet Explorer 6 or below. So if you are having problems, please upgrade to IE version 7 (which you should do anyways) or use Firefox, Safari, or Opera web browsers instead. We will try to find some time to address the problem within the next few weeks. Also, there are some general layout issues we are looking into fixing.

We have been working on spam filters and such for the blog and forum, but some spam is still getting through. We are checking daily for spam, but if you notice some, please give us the heads up. Soon we will have no anonymous postings allowed (must have an account). Its just to time consuming otherwise on our end.
