Success in Bozeman MT

I just wanted to thank KT LaBadie for her research paper.  I think it was instrumental in our success changing the laws in Bozeman MT to allow urban chickens.  The CLUC Movement (Community Led Urban Chicken Movement) has worked since June to make it legal for Bozemanites to keep hens in their back yards and as of Sept. 14th 2009 we can!  The number of chickens allowed is based on lot size, and you have to notify your neighbors as part of the application process.  Thank you KT, and good luck to others out there working hard for sustainability!clucmovement.blogspot.com
